All Associate members (plumbers, electricians, real estate companies, etc.) become a member of the Associates Council upon joining the HBA. The Associates Council facilitates and promotes various activities of the Association such as TABLE TOP NITE, the annual Golf Outing and Monte Carlo Nite.
The council is comprised of (12) board members who are elected by the general membership.
The Associates Council's objectives are:
- To support the objectives of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati
- To develop and maintain within the industry high appreciation of the objectives and responsibilities of members in fully serving the public
- To promote and protect the right of our citizens to enjoy a quality environment
- To cooperate with other trade organizations in all matters related to advancing the interests of the industry and its members
- To promulgate and enforce a code of ethics for members of the Council
The Associates Council helps open the door to more builder business by providing networking and social activities. Getting involved in the Associates Council is a great way to meet other Associate members and to promote your company as well as yourself to the housing industry.
