If you're an Active Member of the Association, this directory contains information about where you are currently building (part of town and subdivision) and the price range of your product (single family and multi-family). This information is supplied to the public and prospective home buyers upon request, and is also contained on our Website.
Governmental Affairs Representation
The HBA of Greater Cincinnati has a full-time Director of Governmental Affairs position. The person in this position works closely with government officials, county officials and city/township officials to insure policies and regulations are "industry friendly".
HBA Build-PAC
Through a donation to the HBA Build-PAC, a member supports candidates who support housing industry issues in upcoming elections. A brochure is available highlighting the Build-PAC Procedures.
HBA Logos
Any member of the Association can obtain copies of the exclusive HBA logo, at no extra charge, any time they need to. There are many different sizes available. If a member needs us to sent a copy to their printing company, we can do that as well. Samples of our logo are available, just contact the HBA office.

Builder Information Directory
This is a database of all Builders of the Association, where they build and in what price range. This information is given to prospective homeowners upon their request. Prospective homeowners can either call the Association and request a list, or, the same information is available on our web site.
Cooperative Sales Guidelines
The Cooperative Sales Guidelines document was established to promote high standards of ethical conduct in new home sales transactions, while at the same time promoting a greater understanding of the protocol expedited in such transactions. See the attached copies of the summary brochure and actual document for full understanding.

Available to Active Members of the Association are several contracts & addendums such as:
- Limited one-year warranty
- "Your New Home & How To Take Care Of It"
- Purchase agreements - residence to be constructed or completed residence
- Subcontractors Agreement
- Addendums (Mortgage Approval, Sales of Property, First Right of Refusal, Broker Co-op Sale, Addition(s), Deletion(s), Selection Change of Order, Cancellation & Release, Radon Gas, Arbitration of Disputes, and Deletion of Contingency.
